When we moved to rural Georgia in 2009, it's not an understatement to say that WE KNEW NOTHING about country life.
Nothing about farming, raising chickens, milking cows, gardening, or preserving a harvest.
And that was just the beginning...

If you think we started out in the country or as multi-generational farmers, think again. Try an MK raised in Madrid, and a city girl born and bred in the South Carolina suburbs.
Life changed dramatically when we decided to pack up our growing family and move to a hundred year old home in a town with a post office and one stop light.
But honestly, that's when life really began.

Our passion for healthy living began early in our marriage.
But our passion for herbalism was born when our oldest daughters began studying the subject in high school. After completing several course books and foundational resources, they went on to further studies, both completing the Herbal Academy’s Intermediate Herbal Course.
Natural herbal preparations began filling our cabinets and cupboards, and before long, an entirely new world had opened up to us.
We sourced herbs from reputable companies like Mountain Rose Herbs but soon began to see the need to source herbs locally.
Before we knew it, our medicinal herb garden had expanded to include 35+ different herbs from Yarrow to Nettle to Marshmallow to Ashwagandha.
Our herbal products provide everything from immune and dental support to inflammation and non-toxic skin care. And we are constantly adding more!
Our process is simple. We make everything in small batches. And if it's not good enough for our family, then it's not going into our shop. Easy as that!

ALLYSON
Allyson began to pursue her interest in healthy living as a young mama. She has since become a shining testimony of living what she learns and has passed along her passion for health to her daughters, who now work alongside her in creating herbal products. She desires to encourage and equip others to take control of their health. Allyson plays a key role in manufacturing, inventory, packaging, and quality control.
HANNAH
Hannah’s interest in health blossomed when studying and researching herbalism and natural health. Hannah is a Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator and uses her knowledge of herbalism as she serves expectant mothers. Hannah plays an important role in the business by managing product development, manufacturing, inventory, and writing educational content.
