Bred from Working LGD Stock
Our puppies are bred from working Livestock Guardian dogs who actively guard and protect the livestock on our farm. Both our adult male and female LGDs are fully trained to protect from outside predators, while providing a safe environment for our flock of goats, sheep, and lambs. Starting from a young age, our puppies learn gentle and nurturing instincts from living alongside their working parents.
Trained to Electric Netting
For the first 8 weeks of their life, our livestock guardian pups are introduced to sheep and goats and trained to electric netting. They learn from their working LGD parents how to effectively guard and protect their territory. Exposure to livestock at a young age prepares them to successfully guard a flock of their own.

Sociable and People Friendly
Our puppies are introduced to the right amount of human contact to render them friendly and sociable while retaining their natural instincts to protect and defend. Excessive exposure to human contact dulls their inherent ability to respond to threats, while a lack of social contact altogether encourages distrust of people and timid demeanor. Our puppies are nurtured with human contact yet trained to become fully capable working livestock guardian dogs and valiant protectors.

Gaucho
Gaucho is a full-blooded Anatolian Shepherd. He is handsome, friendly, and sweet. Gaucho loves his puppies and has fathered many litters, includuing Brock. Gaucho is the primary male Livestock Guardian dog on our farm.

Brock
Brock is a full-blooded Anatolian Shepherd. He was born on our family farm to two working Livestock Guardian Parents. Trained from birth to protect against predators, Brock maintains a gentle and calm demeanor with the flock. Brock has a soft spot for baby lambs.
Female
Nala
Nala is a full-blooded Anatolian Shepherd. She was raised on farm and has been our primary Livestock Guardian dog since 2021. Nala is an excellent protector and has birthed and raised several litters of Livestock Guardian puppies. Nala is tender and gentle with the flock and new baby lambs.

Gwen
Gwen is a brindle pattern full-blooded Anatolian Shepherd. She is an active, working Livestock Guardian dog, effectively protecting against predators. Gwen has a happy, friendly personality and loves people, while maintaining a calm presence around our flock.

Lilly
Lilly is a full-blooded Great Pyrenees. She is poultry trained, living alongside chickens, while leaving them undisturbed. Lilly is our primary farm dog, protecting our property from predators. She has a calm and gentle personality.
