To write a recap of the year 2025, where do we even start? First of all, we want to give glory and praise to God for all He has done. He continues to show Himself faithful, answering our prayers, providing for our needs, giving us wisdom, and blessing us when we don’t deserve it! It is our desire to always remember these things and give Him the glory for what He has done, knowing it is so easy to forget in the busyness of life.
Provision Day
Every New Year’s Eve, our family gathers together for what we call “Provision Day”. During this special time, we recount God’s provisions and praises throughout the year. We keep a journal of life’s happenings to help us remember how the Lord provided, and it is always a blessing to be reminded of what happened throughout the year. This year, I was especially blessed as I was reminded how God specifically answered certain prayer requests. We had no power to change certain circumstances ourselves, but when we called upon the Lord, He intervened. Praise God!
This year was a big year of growth, hard work, and new ventures. Can I just say what a blessing it is to work with my family for our business? We get to work together each day, celebrate our successes, seek the Lord for wisdom and favor, bounce ideas off of each other, learn important life lessons and skills, try new things, work within our strengths, and so much more. That’s not to say that it’s all a cake walk! Far from it! There have been many struggles and hills and valleys in this venture. But that’s life! And we have grown through them.

We’re In Stores
This year we loved partnering with more local retailers to share our herbal products with a wider community. We are so excited to continue to expand our reach in this area and are so thankful for the relationships we have built with other small business owners.

Farmers Markets
This year found Hannah and Lauren at farmers markets almost every Saturday from April through December. We loved meeting and interacting with our customers and making new friends and connections!

New Products
It is so fun to look back to when we first started our business and see how many products we have developed over the years! This year, we introduced custom herbal tea blends, new tinctures, a new tallow balm scent and a new essential oil. We are so excited for upcoming releases in the near future!

Social Media
Have you checked out our social media? This year, we dedicated time to sharing more content with our growing community! We love to create and share educational videos, product demonstrations, recipes, favorite resources, farm updates, behind the scenes content, discount and new product announcements, and more! We would love for you to check it out and follow us.

Website Orders
We love receiving orders from our faithful customers! Allyson is in charge of packaging and shipping out our orders. She does an amazing job! Every package is sent with a handwritten note as we value and appreciate every single order! We couldn’t do it without you!

Are You on Our Email List?
Our list of email subscribers is like our second family! We love sharing the inside scoop with our readers! Our emails feature herbal education, product explanations, discounts, farm updates, behind the scenes pictures and updates, recipes, and announcements. Our email subscribers are the first to know about exciting announcements and information!

Our Roles
Identifying each of our strengths and skills and using them accordingly within the business has been such an amazing exercise.
Allyson handles packing, shipping, and product QC, orders supplies, and plays a primary role in managing our wholesale relationships.
Hannah is our social media manager, writes content for our blog, emails and product descriptions, grows and harvests herbs, and plays an important role in product development and manufacturing.
Lauren keeps our website running smoothly, handles a host of computer work, spearheads product photography and videography, manages product label design, and plays a role in product manufacturing.
There are so many tasks and jobs within a business! We are grateful to learn these skills.

The whole family pitches in and helps out in various ways! During gardening and harvesting season, our crew works to prepare raised beds, plant, weed, water, and harvest. They help keep inventory stocked and tracked, work on organization, and assist with packaging our products. It’s always a blast to take different siblings to markets, and we always appreciate their help and companionship!

Thank You
Thank you for being here! Thank you for reading our posts, watching our content, supporting our business with your purchases, and for spreading the word. We couldn’t do it without you!

Looking Ahead
As we close out a year and enter a new one, we are excited for what the future will bring. We always want to keep our eyes on Jesus and seek the Lord. We work hard and do our best, but the Lord provides the results!
Gratefully,
Hannah for the Reeds
